The farm

As soon as you go through the gate the calm and quiet atmosphere will immediately capture you as well as the brilliant colours of the Sicilian countryside.

Our farmhouse is the result of the restoration of the ancient farm and its warehouses, where fruit yields used to be stored. The restoration has been carried out fully complying with the traditional technique, respecting the old structures and materials. All around the farmhouse there are 50 hectares of land grown with olives, oranges, lemons, mandarins, peaches, prickly pears, nuts and apricots. Also beekeeping is practised from which we obtain a very good orange-blossom honey, called miele di Zagara.

The charm of such countryside and the warmth of its people will perfectly welcome travellers to Bagnara making their stay unforgettable.
